Esthetics

To give students a broad knowledge of esthetics, and be able to use the knowledge as a foundation to be successful in a skin care profession. Students will develop his/her physical dexterity and manipulative skills and develop loyalty and enthusiasm for the profession. Successful completion of the West Virginia Esthetics Program prepares the graduate to take the WV State Board examination that is necessary to obtain a license for an entry – level position as an esthetician.

Program Details:

  • 600 Hours (30 hours per week for 20 weeks)

  • Registration: $100

  • Tuition for complete program $6,000

  • Tuition includes all books and supplies

Program Description:

Students will acquire a broad knowledge of Esthetics, and be able to use that knowledge as a foundation to be successful. The student will learn the Anatomy and Physiology of the face neck hands and arms, be able to identify and assess skin conditions and disorders, perform facial treatments for all skin types, waxing services, spa treatments, and makeup applications and to obtain business management skills required to seek employment.
